How can I cancel an order?

If you unfortunately wish to cancel your order, we recommend you contact our online chat in the first instance. However, if you wish to proceed without this then please use the following link using cancellation / refund from the drop down and fill out the required form so we are able to process the cancellation as efficiently as possible.

Can I cancel or change my delivery?

We always try to accommodate delivery changes and where possible this will be free of charge pre-shipping. If you wish to cancel your order and it’s been sent to the shipping company then a return charge will be applied. Please refer to our delivery page for further information.

How do I return an item?

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, you can return your order up to 14 days after it was delivered. If you wish to start the returns process please use the following link using cancellation / refund and fill out the required form so we are able to provide you with a returns authorisation number. 

How much does it cost to return an item?

It varies depending on size, weight and category. We recommend you contact us on our online chat team for quotation.

Can I return something I’ve used?

Your item should be returned in it’s original box and packaging in an unused as new condition. It should include all accessories including manuals, leads, remotes, batteries and any other item sent with the product. Please ensure you only mark the outer packaging with the appropriate shipping label and you have paid for adequate insurance cover. Any items which arrive in a damage state or missing packing or missing it’s full contents will be deducted from your refund.

I have a large product can I return it in my car?

Your item should be returned using a comparative method to how it was sent. e.g. if it’s a oven which has been delivered using a pallet then it needs returned in the same way. Or if it’s a large screen television, it would need to be kept upright at all times. Any returning item maybe refused if this is not adhere too

I’ve lost an item can I still return?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return which has missing components.

Can I return a faulty item?

If in the unfortunate event you find an item has become faulty, you can return it for exchange or refund within 28 days from the delivery date. We reserve the right to ask that an engineer call to determine the nature of the fault.

After 28 days we will give you details to arrange service direct with the relevant manufacturer.

How long does it take to refund my order?

Once your order has been sent to refund this can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Can a refund be made to a different card?

All refunds are processed back to the same card as the transaction was made.
